We currently ship to 65+ countries from our one dedicated warehouse, this means shipping times vary by country.
All of our orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Asia. We do everything in our power to ensure you don't experience any unwelcome surprises when your order arrives in your country, and to this date, we are yet to be made aware of any of our customers having to pay customs fees, however, it is worth noting that we do not take any liability for any customs fees that you may be required to pay when your item arrives.
Please note: If your item is returned to sender due to any reason caused by you e.g. refused delivery, incorrect address, invalid phone number etc. There will be a $15 USD (or local currency equivalent) charge to resend your order, and we will need to double-confirm your address with the courier, this process to resend the package will take 2 weeks.
